Are there more routes planned for the MC or are we stuck with wimpy behaviour for the entire game?
For example when meeting Sarah in the gym for the first time she asks if you were staring. The answer is yes, you're goddamn right I was staring, look at you!

But there is no such option.

The screenshots make this look like it's a rip of one of those free to play mobile "stories" games, with needing to use gems for the "better" choice, and all the screenshots being in portrait format.

Also, I'm assuming that, based on the current tags, there's no actual sexual content in the game yet?
