Well, it's called "Strip Battle"
There are some fap-worthy animations. You can buy a "Lewd Loops" for each girl.- They're quite expensive, but they get cheaper as you defeat girls on higher levels. If I remember correctly there is no sex, but surely some intense masturbation.
