Here's the latest public update (1.16), the public version updates once every 3 months, and even then, it's probably not the most recent one (I think)

The Patreon updates require linking your patreon to discord and going to the Struggle Simulator discord server to get the key for the latest update.
For us to get the latest one, we'll need a pretty dedicated Hero

I call upon you once again, Untamed, to see if you know of any news about the project. Patreon went dead, aryion is silent too, and itch has been compromised may months ago.
Bring us the sacred knowledge, so we may know what happened to the generic looking peeps who vore each other.

Unless someone has access to the patreon server and can toss us the Patreon version, plus any bonus skins, the next free version will come out in June I believe.
I think the free version gets updated every three months
