It's because Nomaaaa (I forgot how many A's there) did the sneaky update.
he updated the game, and updated the patreon post which was already buried instead of posting it like a new update. He did it twice, once with 1.20.1 with "choose your vore" update (2025-04-15), and 1.20.2 with Anal vore 2 swallow struggle (2025-06-01)

Even if I was into vore, this is hard vore, meaning that the victim DIES! They even poop out bones and everything. Just sad. Not my thing, but you know, to each their own.

Hard vore is when skin breaks, blood flows etc., this is just fatal soft vore, which is p hot.
Death is the climax of vore for me, to each their own.
