If you turn difficulty to 0 in the options, there's non fatal vore, plus you can turn the scat off
When I first saw the title I was like, "Struggle Simulator? Oh like rape, right? Not my usual cup of tea but still worth checking out." But no.. It's vore.. And scat.. And furry too judging by the screenshots.. Like those have gotta be the three worst tags in existence, and that's saying something when there's things like guro and necro.

what am i missing with the twins? according to the game files (specifically a tutorial image) they're supposed to have a shop, but how do you unlock it?
the dice minigame has an exclamation point above it but i already won and lost it multiple times with no effect.
the achivements also mention a second town?

if you go to the house on the left from the Smal pred, there is a "date" there, you need to talk to her, and press the stuff on the table to increase the love, talk to date, increase love, repeat until you're at affection 13...or was it fourteen? you'll know when it happens, and then one of the twins will have a shop.

the cards are used on the game behind the twins, on the table. the interact point is the map on the table.
