Or it's simply because the dev didn't quit their day job t o work full time on this, and so can't produce monthly update with an hour of content each time. You know those games are amateur and most devs can't afford to leave their job to do them full time, right ?
Pretty sure the bottleneck is the art. The developer is commissioning a single artist for new art, as the money comes in. There's only so much art a single person can draw, and a VN needs a lot more art than people might initially expect.

If they can only get one artist, it's all the more saying about the fact it's more of a passion project or a learning tool than something worth them quitting their job over.
Oh I wasn't disagreeing with the passion project part. Just pointing out the bottleneck that's already been publicly mentioned by the developer.
Because peeping on someone as they're taking a shower is a step beyond the limits for the tag in question. This forum's tag rules define "no sexual content" as "[Adult themes including mild nudity but no actual pornographic content.]", and voyeurism as demonstrated by the first screenshot in OP qualifies as sexual content.

No it is not. The tags are decided by the staff, and it is their job to state if a tag is necessary or not. You have no authority here.
