It's a route which was removed from the game. You can still play it as a scenario though.
Look for "Legacy Route - Murder Mystery".

Well done, good dialogues, lot of choices... But man after 2h I could only see 30 secs of sex... This is not a game for fapping.

Some games do be like that. Especially if the updates in between take a long time to make.A decade old game with so little reviews?
I think One Piece will get a proper ending before this one does.
