Stupid Question

I had a really Stupid question, is there another folder where all the saves of Unity and RenPy games are stored? because I erase some of my old games and when I download a new version of the games, and open, my saves are still there.

Yes your appdata folder. A lot of Unity games have the save there, and Ren'Py usually both in there and in the games folder.
