I talked to the dev and figured it out, Running the game on an HDD will cause this, running on an SSD will fix the issue

Hmm, this seems similar to that other game... Lacto Escape, if I recall.

Tis a shame that, that game got passed on to another dev that has a crazy preggo fetish and that dev only added fattening and preggo content with only a few additional rooms and then decided to put it in the back burner to work on their projects also saying: "I will get back to it once I finish with this game." that said game has been finished for a few years now and still Lacto Escape is not being worked on with a proper conclusion.

Lacto's escape hasnt been updated since the team working on it is converting the game over to unity and overhauling the systems for it like adding live 2d for lacto, theres been semi frequent updates on preggopixels discord.

v0.32 overhauled Jane's entire sprite system with layering and redrawn sprites (ex. can now have different facial expression and hip/breast expansion settings), adjusted the difficulty of some rooms, and added more rooms

Just played browser version, and played the $3 pay version. They seem to be the same thing. Waiting for more to be developed, but I'm not holding my breath.

If you get to the end of the current demo, there is a dev guide on how to find anything you missed. I'd start there then double back here when you know specifically which ones you are missing
