Subscribesar may be down (as it s Russian based, I believe) but you can still click on your Devs Picture and that wll take you to the Devs page. Scrolling down you will come to the Link and can still download the game.

It seems to be limited to the desktop .adult version, SS is not known for good communication so I guess we will just have to wait and see.
