Are there Succubi who are "nice" to their preys, to say the least? Like, they see humans like how most of us see animals that we want to eat; still kill them, but at least make sure they die painlessly.

I think Lunar clan best fits your description, they are more "nice" than other succubi and go out of their way not to drain every human they encounter, they still need to survive so they have to drain humans but they try to do it with old, sick, willing, etc.. Unless they are attacked and have to defend themselves. I could be wrong but i think this is Zions idea for them, unlike other succubi they dont see humans as just cattle.

Because under normal circumstances, succubi are very rare. An Adalon Hunter would go their entire life facing 1 or 2 succubi.
And since they already have the gauntlet and Iron Will, they don't need it.
This invasion is something alien to most of them. The last one happened more than a thousand years ago.
Most demons they face are ogres and orcs.
Because the Lunar Succubus couldn't help herself and drain people dry?
I guess their willpower is not stronger than their hunger.

I mean, they are not attacking you or hunting men down. That alone speaks volumes about their willpower.
Now, if a young man comes to her and offer her his life, you can bet that she'll suck him dry. At the end of the day, she IS a succubus.
I gues saying 'just one orgasm so you can eat and I can live to do it again later' wouldn't work.

In the prologue, the White Succubus offered her victim an opportunity to stop and remain alive. Not sure if she would actually keep the promise, but the very fact the guy demanded that she didn't stop show just how addicting sex with a Succubus could be.
In short, in the case of a Lunar Succubus, both the guy and the succubus likely know that it would be one way trip for the former.
