Well, it's called replay value and you can't have all of it in the same route or there wouldn't be a need for different routes. The story itself is not on Shakespeare lvl and easy enough to understand.

This is a cool idea for the Orcs. I like it. I'll be honest, I didn't give much thought to them in the main series. I was reserving some revelation for Warlock Saga.

The queen doesn't seem that bad beside the whole existence drain, just wear a chasity thing and beat her ass.
I think Lunar clan best fits your description, they are more "nice" than other succubi and go out of their way not to drain every human they encounter, they still need to survive so they have to drain humans but they try to do it with old, sick, willing, etc.. Unless they are attacked and have to defend themselves. I could be wrong but i think this is Zions idea for them, unlike other succubi they dont see humans as just cattle.

Because under normal circumstances, succubi are very rare. An Adalon Hunter would go their entire life facing 1 or 2 succubi.

In the prologue, the White Succubus offered her victim an opportunity to stop and remain alive. Not sure if she would actually keep the promise, but the very fact the guy demanded that she didn't stop show just how addicting sex with a Succubus could be.
