Well I've tried deleting all of my old save files save file 1,2,3 and created new save file file 4. But still the issue occurs.
What else I could do on my end? as replaying without saving would take a rather long time to get to the point where I am now.

I don't know, my friend. Might be a program causing conflict or a memory leak that shuts down the game.
Does this happen with other RPG Maker games?

There was one supporter who had a similar problem way back, but it was in the city of Adalon (also big and full of events). It turned out that he didn't have enough memory on his PC.
Other than that, I'll take a look on the programs and files that might conflict with rpg maker.

Well when playing the game I only use 7GB (that's including all other stuff) out of 16GB so I have plenty of memory. And storage memory I got 666gb left in D: drive and 57 gb left in C: drive (anyway I save most of the stuff in D: drive.

If chapter 4 is the latest version then yea.
Also not sure if it's a stretch but can updating NW.js files help at all? (that is if I can find it installed)

I think I might have an idea. Did you import your save from chapter 3/2?
Try deleting what's inside the save folder, as it might have carried out info from the previous version.

Nope I haven't imported any save file. But if deleting everything in save folder gonna fix this, then sure I'll try it. But man it will be a pain to go through all of that again second time.

True. I don't know what's causing this, though.
After chapter 3 full release, no one complained about crashes. And it was released for over a thousand people on discord/patreon alone.
Believe me, I'd have heard to no end about crashes.
This is something very specific to your system. Might be a program... I don't know.
The game doesn't crash on me, so it's hard to fix something that doesn't happen on my end or to anyone else.
