My guess is, zion has read all the replies since he uploaded his "work". He doesn't really like it to be criticized. That's why he bans everyone on his twitter page or his discord. Sorry, but as stated above, the third release isn't worth the waiting time. For one succubus and this dialogues you need literally a day.

I have to agree with you, my fellow hunter. In the entire Chronicles series, she is by far without a doubt the hottest succubus I've seen so far. Man what's Zion even doing? The art is good, but like the combat is still pretty much the same as his first release.
I guess he spends most time on writing the story/dialogue? Because apart from that I don't notice anything else what he could be spending his time on.
It feels very lackluster...
Stopped funding devs on patreon since most of the time they just start slacking once they have monthly income.
Dialogue, coding, writing, playtesting, bugfixing, real life, dealing with pirates...
I will always find it curious how people like Koda, Bo Wei and now Zion are treated. They may be spitting in their faces and apparently they like it, because there are plenty of characters like you who defend them to the death, even when they are milking your money for nothing or crumbs. Believe me, writing the finest dialogue like *sluurppp!!!* doesn't take more than 1 minute, not the 8 months it takes between chapters.

Have you actually played it? What playtesting and bugfixing lol, it's riddled with bugs.
Also half the maps are copypasted from other games or they're templates I guess? I have seen them in other older games on DLsite.

I defend them because I have my own personal projects, and I sympathize qith the creators.
So laugh, criticize or insult me. But I dare you, any of you, to make your own game, then. Prove that you're right by making something of good quality in a reasonaboe amount of time.

This kind of logic always amused me. "Don't you dare criticize [thing] unless you can make said [thing] yourself."
It's like, you go to a shoe store, buy a shoe, shoe starts to come apart after 3 weeks of use, you go back to the store and tell the person who sold you the shoe what happened and person goes "Oh yeah? Then make your own shoe then!"
Whether I can make a shoe or not, the shoe is still falling apart.

They don't create those shoes themselves though. They buy it from a supplier to sell them to customers. You might want to hit for the source, not the middle part.
But to get in touch with the topic... it's very easy to always hide behind "you must do it right, not me" options. Why put up an effort if the excuses are right on the table, mh?
A decent person would try to fix the problem themselves instead of relying on others all the time. I mean, with all that brain power and big mouths nowadays this shouldn't stop humanity from finding their balls, right?
The problem with that "make it yourself" argument is that there people that very much do it. We criticize because we have a FRAME OF REFERENCE. This basic RGPM walking sims are not some new, avangard field - so are the shoes, and bread, and restaraunts, and whatever else parallel's are being made when this laughable argument get's brought up.
Case in point, there developers (mostly japanese, quite telling) that released finished RPGM games (hell, some even multiple) in the same span of time it takes this one to make 2-3 shoddy maps and a couple dozens lines of dialogue.
