if you fall for her her prefight temptation will start draining your hp several line of dialog before you can struggle out of her hold so even if you skip the text you'll still take a few ticks of damage if you are waiting for reipatcher to translate the lines you can be defeated before you can even struggle

It WAS the restraint mod. The text just popped up allowing me to progress. I'ma boutta smoke a bandit (or get smoked by rng :/)

not the best one of yours to use for this fight and no your mermaid can't really help you with things that happen before the dual starts lol.

do be careful she has undead monsters that give the zombie status(you get hurt by healing) like the jiangshi cards you can get also she has a perm spell/trap(i forget which) that makes all non dark cards to enter the field dark type and inflects zombie.

you can also struggle out of her final temptation if you fall for it, amusingly if/when you(or your monster) struggle out of her final temptation you attack her if she drained less hp then your(your monster's) attack this will finish her off.

she's heavily reliant on spells so your gamble deck would be effective.

I basically solo'd her with the swimsuit succubus I included with my mermaid deck. Although it might not hold much weight since i'm playing on easy because (I hate card Rpgs, and it's avarice dungeons fault) the BS rng shenanigans this game throws pissed me off at the start of the game. And I thought Shrift was supposed to be a hard game (not the 2nd game).

Very true. That, and when they get hit by a restraint attack, since you can sit there until their hp hits 1 or 0, depending on if the game decides that you deserved the overkill.

I ended up learning a while ago that you can just add them to a card pack and roll for them. What's even better is that they all happen to be common.

It very well indeed might be over boys. Pack it up (slowly). I know a few Japanese devs that are married but their spouses knew what they did before tying the knot (some aren’t married but have successfully kept their life a secret from their families for many years now. It’s moderately easy to do if you know how). If he’s in marriage under the preconceived notions he DOESNT do that kind of thing (hence the scared part), it’s looking pretty bad if she finds out/they talk about it. Push comes to marital shove, she gets him to stop since I’m assuming he’s not going to risk the marriage over our financial appreciation for his work and connections. He’s probably known within his now expanded social family as someone that doesn’t indulge this heavily into the scene (if at all) and having it spill would gut status among multiple members. He either gives it up or she gets him to.

Or he goes absolutely Chad Mode and throws all that away to continue life of giving us one of the best hentai card games I’ve ever played. Either way, I wish him the best and the best results for him.

Nooooo....I loved all of this dev's games... They're some of the best seduction/temptation games to ever exist, and get translated imo.

Hopefully the dev's wife appreciates his work and lets him keep going...
