It hasn't been translated to English yet and there's no telling if it will be.

There is, actually, an official telling:

The translated article mentions that they plan to add the english version to the game (and that you can already purchase the current japanese version in the meanwhile, as it will be bundled in the same purchase afterwards).
(For the Chinese version, they'll sell it separatedly on other platforms)
