This game definitely have some potential and I like what I see so far.
Would love to see this game expand into an awesome game as this kind of pandemic survival mixed with monster girls (that's not zombies) are a rarity.
Some things I would love to see is that the virus gets more crazy in its mutations as the game progresses, perhaps even starting to affect the environment. Another thing would be that the "ending" is not you curing the virus but rather adapting to the new world.
Another thing that I feel could be toned down a bit is the phasing cause A LOT of things happen very quickly, you just get the news that an outbreak is going on just to get invaded a second later. At least thats how it is in the tutorial.
By the way this reminds me of a similar game that I played years ago called "Mutant Minx Meltdown" but unfortunatly it was abandoned, take some inspiration from there and please do not abandon this project

So about Alice. Is she going to be different monster compared to everyone else ? So far the other monsters just jump you and its game over. But since you brang Alice inside and you are both suppose to know each other. It implied she had a crush and probably cares for you ? Does taht mean she will evolve different and consciously deep down want to protect you as instinct ? or will she just turn out like the rest of them ?
Im going to assume, as the question before kinda got answered. Her changes are just going to happen offscreen ? Even tho She is kinda in the perfect position where the MC could watch her changes happen in front of him. ir he was to spend more time helping her or being concerned about her?. I am assuming the girl on the title screen is her once shes mutated?
I also think it could of been nice, if the MC could of had a proper conversation with her, so we get an idea who she is, and what she is like sane before her infection started. Then it could give us a good indication how much the infection is changing her from the start. Like, after escaping the mushroom, getting back inside, mabye a few mins to talk where shes scared and making sure your ok, and maybe describes a few incidents she personally saw and how the madness started before trying to find you. Then you notice the scratch, and then she sudden tears her cloths and jumps you. Which was her first scene in the game. I just feel like you could flesh that out a bit and give her a little bit of a starting personality.. Even if it will erode during her mutations.

The woman on the title screen is the self-announced first familiar that you meet when you first go to sleep.
As a small note: "could of" is written as "could've" which is a shortening of "could have", small pet peeve of mine.

You've got great intuition, you're right about Alice, I would've thought that you've already played the full demo version XD. I think your suggestion is pretty good, I'll think about it, but without spoiling too much there will be conversation in later chapters.

Having Alice be a bridge to dealing with the other monster girls (secondary characters? Maybe they help protect the MC from the nightly attacks in exchange for routine "help") would be cool.

I love the horror-femdom focus this artist has. It's a unique, fun perspective!
This seems to have some potential. I love the premise and the design of the monsters.

It's in the full demo, I will be making the full demo free in my next update, so even if you don't want to spend money to access it now, all you have to do is wait for like 2 months or so
I love this game; I just feel the survival/scavenging/farming mechanic is tedious and does not fit into the gameplay.
Also people most likely don't even care about it much....
