It's a good game, it's just missing that spark of greatness to really make it standout. The premise is grand, man has money, man is lonely, man joins a site where pretty women get paid to be pretty with him.
It's not a sandbox game (thank god) but even with that in mind the game feels a bit on the wrong side of empty. So the gameplay mechanic is there are 3 girls (initially). They have turn ons and turn offs as you'd imagine. You date them and the more they like you, the more that "happens", just like in real life.
The problem isthe way the game is structured it feels a bit mechanical. So you have the initial date and that dictates which "route" you want to go down, whether you're a helpful sugar daddy or whether you corrupt them. Not played both routes but with helpful, after the initial date you need to take them on more dates. But all that entails is clicking the button, being told you took girl x to place y and that's it. You can do that 3 times a week before the week resets. If you do it enough to a girl you'll get a "special" date where you can actually respond to her. Do it well and she likes you more and then........ you're back to clicking the button.
When the game lets you actually play, it's good. The girls (I've met so far) are all interesting, they all have a backstory that is worth reading as opposed to just skipping to the porn but it feels there's too many times where you're doing
Click date, Click date, Click date
next week
Click date, Click date, Click date
next week
Click date, cut scene.
I'm glad I got to the cut scene but it feels long winded. There's no discernable feeling of progress until suddenly the game decides you've went on enough dates to warrant some gameplay.
