Today I want to show some WIP, and say thank you, for the warm welcome that you guys gave us.

We are working in:

The game is being developed with Ren'Py, will be a Visual Novel/Dating Simulator.

Our backgrounds artists make the scene in 3D so they can get several angles, then they are painted with a Night version and Day version.

Patreon Page is nearly finished, but we want to launch it with a Demo, we really want to devote full time to this project, but in the right way, demonstrating what our team can do.


We are close to a development stage in which we are confident to show our work in a public demo. Meanwhile I want to start a conversation, what are your thoughts on this WIP so far?

I think, that dating sims are always welcome
As long as they don't have bad endings and stay pretty vanilla in terms of fetishes and such.
Though, I'm a little bit confused about the instagram thing.

We try it out because we followed some devs there, and we got some good interactions before the ban.

Hmm, I see. While I'm not familiar with rules on instagram, considering the amount of prudes we've got on that planet, kinda makes sense that you've got banned.
Quite unfortunately and completely unnecessary in my opinion, but sad nonetheless. The ban, I mean. I'm sure a warning would've been enough.
And patreon, as far as I understand, has the similar policy, when it comes to public posts.
So got to think everything through everything and show just enough flesh, to get people interested, but not too much, so you don't get in trouble.
And the more you learn... I've been following some weird group of people on instagram a while ago, but in the end it wasn't really worth the time and I didn't really explore it further. Never would've thought, that some developers would go there.
Say... Would it be too much to ask if you could provide some information of what to expect from your game?
I mean, yeah, it's a dating sim and the things you could do in a game like that are quite obvious, but, perhaps there are some interesting features you would share?
Or all that stuff will be revealed in a demo, that will come with finished patreon page and you will keep a bit of mystery until then?

Yes, the ban was unexpected but we know better now. Thank you for the Patreon Tips, we will be careful where we step.
I don't wanna oversell or make a disservice of it, but i will try, it can be said that follows the vanilla formula, but each girl has a spin of her own, they will speak for themselves, is better that way. Maybe it's a good idea to reveal that Cailyn is not a girl, well she is, I think so, maybe it's just a trap.
I can say you some features ready for the demo: Inventory, Currency, Shop, Day-Night Cycle, Mini-Games, with the time we want to do crazy things with Ren'Py, and make good use of our 3D scenarios.
I think that the demo is going to speak for us better than me, it is the work of seven passionate devs, we are using all the free hours we have, in order to show something we are proud of, it sounds weird, but working on this is something that we take seriously.
We'll see what happens when the demo rolls out.

Now that I've got a better look at Cailyn, she is indeed looks a bit strange. I like it ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Hopefully mini-games will be relaxing and I can't wait to try it, tbh.
And it's really nice, that group of people is working on one project and takes it seriously.
I hope the relationship between you guys is good and you don't stress yourself to the point of burning out.
I think by now I've seen enough devs failing, because they overestimated themselves and weren't prepared for negativity, that comes with showing something you've been working at for some time to complete strangers from the internet.
