Overview:

Merge girls with the same size boobs to create an even bustier girl.
Will you get the girl with breasts bigger than watermelons?
As you get larger size combos, the size of the girl's boobs will increase to gigantic proportions.
Prevent the spheres with the girls from reaching the top line or you will lose.
Make more combos, and bigger ones, to accumulate points and have a higher and higher record.

the problem with puzzle games like this is well your trying to focus on the expansion you also have to try and concentrate on the actual gameplay.

'Suika Oppai' translates to 'Watermelon Titties'. Though for this game apparently that's just the starting minimum on the way to 'Beanbag Oppai' and 'Minivan Oppai'.

Oh it's a parody of Suika Game. Surely they could have come up with a better name than that. Though I guess the Suika part is more recognizable than Game so Oppai Game wouldn't be any good. But without the Game part how am I supposed to know it's a game? Suika Oppai Game.

At least here the game's effectively turn-based and you can stop to look.
What's the absolute worst is when it's a game that requires your unerring attention and looking away means death, yet the game's lewd bits are off on a second part of the screen.
Like, I played one WG game where the top third of the screen was where the women would grow and the bottom 2/3rds was the game part, and you had to focus on both memory and reflexes, and the faster you played, the bigger the women would get, so to get them bigger you had to rush AND be accurate, but to rush and be accurate you had to NOT look at the women.
And no, there was no gallery.
