Since the official English Release has not been posted, and based on the screenshots it doesn't look so good.

Story:
During summer vacation, I met a beautiful Onee-san...
She left something important behind at the Library, so I chased after her...
After returning it, as thanks she offered to visit her home to relax.

Since then, our secret relationship has begun...
A naughty, but charming love story...

Note: Episode 4 and Episode 6 just don't load the intro scene. I have tried everything and have no idea what's causing it.
It gets stuck on a black screen, however the H-Scenes still work.

You can check the Bug Fix spoiler for a temporary fix for now.

I for one can't seem to get the game to work. It opens up to a grey screen, though the cursor appears to have loaded. This is after attempting the bug fix you posted, but I imagine this was intended for later chapters.

If you are getting a black screen right away then the issue most likely is the path to the game is too long.

Example path that is too long:
C:\Path Is Too Long\Japanese Games\Secret Stuff\Summer Clicker ~Sweet Summer Vacation With Oneesan~ [v1.0 Final] [Ankake Pudding]

Example path that is shorter:
C:\Summer Clicker [v1.0 Final] [Ankake Pudding]

I tried putting it directly at C:\ but that still doesn't fix the black screen for Ep. 4/6 though.
I think it has to do with some bug/translation issues with BepInEx.

You could try changing the graphics settings, updating drivers, or shortening the file path
