VN - Ren'Py - Summer Story [v0.3.1] [Logo]

This game is not finished at the time of writing. But I still want to express my opinion. As of v0.2.8 this game is a low two stars.

It has very nice renders and a great premise. That's what the two stars are for.
It's a shame how the developer takes so long to update and brings only a couple of scenes. Every time I see this game while browsing the latest I get excited, and every time I get disappointed after I get to the end of the update.
Also, a as minor thing: the story is slow (which I don't mind) and the writing is shit. Like 16-18 yo writing level. I don't mind it that much, but it adds up to the frustration with this great concept.

To summarize: Blue balls. That would be the shortest and most perfect description for this game.

I've been following the game for some time and have played it again and again in various stadiums.
It offers many different paths, which means that not every scene can be discovered and triggered immediately. It is therefore necessary to play through the game several times on different paths in order to be able to experience each scene. A big plus of the game, but at the same time a disadvantage, as a lot of scenes occur in every run and therefore lose their appeal at some point.
Sometimes you have to go back several decisions because you just made a small mistake that didn't appear as such in the given situation and the necessary decision actually goes against the path you've followed up to that point in the game.

What also bothers me a little is that there are very few interactions between Kasie and Mia, who are friends and neighbors. I'm not talking about same-sex sex, but I'm talking about going to the gym together, going to the beach, eating pizza and watching movies or playing games with the boys.
And how would Derek behave when he is at the beach or at the cinema with both girls.
I also think that there are regressions again in terms of size. Even in very early versions it was noted that the two boys, at 18 years old, were much too small in relation to Kasie and at some point (I think at the beginning of 2021) there was a vote on the size of the boys and at least here on F95 it was actually for taller ones Guys voted. But if Derek is even taller than Kennie and still doesn't even reach Kasie's shoulder, then how tall is he? Under 5'?

Nevertheless, this game is at a very high level and the points of criticism listed correspond to my wishes for a perfect gaming experience. But it's 5 stars every time and this game is one of the pearls on F95 & Co.
The points of criticism are considered to correspond to my personal taste and although this can be noted, the game itself should still be assessed fairly. And the overall concept can actually only get 5 stars.

its a pretty great story despite me not loving sharing. So far decent content and I've just not shared my plans with my twin.

options feel varied and impactful. I've done two runs though my favorite is the full relationship (love) route with kasie.

almost 360p rendering reminds me some games from 2015 maybe older. +5k renders, hours of story circling YET you cant have any action with lead female? is that a joke?

this game should call "Wait for Winter" cuz summer is gone bro both in real life and in the game lol

I love this game for multiple reasons:

- the main girl is super cute
- this is kinda shota
- NTR
- sharing

For the "bad" part, too bad the NTR path with the boss leads to a bad ending Also, it would be nice to be able to see all the scenes with one play through. I'm not a fan of branching in a game.

One of the more interesting slow corruption games out there. Story is more believable than 99% of the stuff. The sis is super cute and the effects of arousal and alcohol etc. are actually nicely done. One of the few games I put on my watchlist. Only thing that is a bit annoying is the slow development but oh well that's the case with almost every porn game either way

As other reviews have noted, the art and writing are not exactly best-in-class and the overall premise is nothing new. However, this game approaches the main theme in a novel way that is enticingly erotic. I jump at each new update. With some polish this game could be truly incredible.

This is a great game which, while still unpolished, manages to merge several interesting concepts and tell a story by perfectly getting to the point by focusing on the love interest interactions and her rising sexual tension.


PROS:

Lots of potential

CONS:

The writing can feel weird in some parts

Good Points
+ Art style looks kind of unique.
+ We have animations for sex scenes.

Bad Points
- Story and story-telling are weak.
- Despite the art style looking kind of unique it's not well-made, especially since some characters like MC looks very weird, and the general quality is not good at all, at best it's like 720p quality.
- Despite having animations they are nothing more than ''meh'' and they don't have good quality either.
- There is nearly no content at all, especially with Kasie, and the game doesn't have enough variety of girls/women/love interests either. We have only two girls at the moment and one of them doesn't even have any real content at all.

For The End
With fixed bad points it could be a 3-3.5 stars rate game, but currently, it's kind of a poor game, to be honest.

This game is not about sex, but about sexual tension. The plot is unique. You haven't seen anything like it in other games. Of course, the game is not perfect, but very addictive. It is pointless to paint the pros and cons. For each they are their own. If you are tired of the same, colorless harem clones, then this is the game for you.

Who is this game for?
For people who like slow corruption of female character in the context of family relationship (incest). One of the best out there in this genre.

Summer Story [v0.2.4]

Pros:
Decent Story/premise
Kasie (The main girl) looks decent

Cons:
Graphics/Render are below average.
Character Models except Kasie look really bad.
The brothers look like midget Elon Musk's. Not sure how much younger they are supposed to be, but the proportion between the Main Girl and her brothers look way off. She really looks like a giant compared to them.

Sex Scenes:
There are few Sex Scenes, pretty sure it´s just two and both are with Mia the side girl who in terms of height looks decent in some scenes and not so well in others. There are no Sex Scenes with Kasie still. The Sex scenes are pretty boring. There are also some scenes like handjobs or you can see a blowjob scene between Kasie and an old man in the alley way which is horribly executed, because her hair covers her face and you see nothing.

Writing:
The writing feels uninteresting.

Not much going yet with Kasie with my playthrough. It's obvious it's geared more towards including the brother, luckily you aren't forced to as that isn't an option for me.

The graphics and renders look average at best and are dated, animations were surprisingly good. The girls look good enough, same can't be said for the male models, especially the brothers. I'm not sure why they were made so small but it's very off putting, they just look weird and hard to even look at. They aren't what you could call good looking in the face either.

Improving the graphics and especially the brothers would help this VN a lot.

I like a good brother sister story but I don't think this is going to be it. Ones like Haley's Story and Keymaster set a high bar there.

My twos cents as for a review.

Pros :
- Really good looking female characters plus (which is rare imo) quite "original" (meaning I've never saw them before which is not that frequent)
- Quite interesting story especially if you're into taboo
- Building of relationships seem logic, it takes time to break down the moral wall which makes sense

I read some reviews before that proposed some additional routes that may be of interest. The obvious one could be a blackmail one since the opposite of the default one that can be seen as love one. Also some more direct corruption, maybe some bribing into naughtier and naughtier stuff.

Cons :
- As said before, MC has a real weird material. Looks a bit childish indeed but at some point it made me also think of animal like dog dick, kinda weird, but not a mood killer though

As written in some previous reviews, I also think the game could gain some interest with the addition of other routes in the future. The obvious one could be a blackmail one by opposite of the default. Another one that could be added would be a direct corruption, where the MC would bribe his sister into naughtier and naughtier acts.

Anyway I really enjoyed my time with this. The dev was clever enough to make progress logic while still bringing some naughty material with side characters. I just hope he doesn't lost track of the major interest which is the story of the twins and their sister. Too many games drowned into side characters actions and lost interest.

Wil definitely support that one.

decent story line, story and progression is fun and interesting although not so original.

graphics and characters are decent, sister is hot so makes the game easy to play.. although the brothers penis's are like that of a child which made me laugh. Would have preferred the brothers to have a bigger weapon for the sister to play

additional paths/themes like corruption/reluctant to submissive/forced sister would also create more scenes and storyline.

This game is amazing 9/10, but it could easily be 10/10 with some polishing.

1. The translation is obviously not perfect, sometimes it feels like a direct google translation. I understand the meaning that the author was trying to convey (like calling a gym trainer a "coach"), since I'm fluent in both languages, but it still breaks immersion a tiny bit when they're talking in "jagged" English. You just focus on that instead of the flow of the story.

2. The point system and different paths. I think there needs to be a more direct way of saying when you miss some scenes. Like a grayed out option saying "needs X decision + 2 Kenny Relationship points". Or maybe in the corner of the screen like we get, just more direct. Also, why are relationship points are not numerical? It would be so much more intuitive to simply know the number, instead of guessing that bar length. When I was trying to see all the routes, I had to replay from start so many times holding CTRL, just to guess it. The game either needs a competent walkthrough, or UI addition to make it clear on what path you are and what specific things you missed doing to branch out on a different path to see all CGs (without simply looking at gallery, because what would be the point in that). I've seen like 90-95% of CGs and gave up trying to figure out how to get the rest few.

I think both of those are fixable, which would make it a 10/10 masterpiece game, because the game is super hot. All female characters look gorgeous, but especially the sister (and mom too, which is intriguing). I enjoyed all the routes, but my fav is Kenny+Sister NTR one.

Update.... the game was great but not anymore. Extremely slow development because the updates are small and 2 months waiting change to 5… so the last years the game has some good scenes but overall no development of the story. The game is extremely difficult to play with millions of paths but it doesn’t matter because at the end half of the scenes never trigger and you miss them. So at the end a great game turned to a bad one, that you download once every year (maybe more) and you play it straight from the gallery. Sad it had huge potentials…

Okay so I absolutely love the content of this game. The slow build up of the nsfw content is refreshing and the brothers working together is just fantastic. But my big complaint is that the story routes are very confusing. I mean the routes make sense but to get on the routes you want is very complicated. It is almost impossible to see the content that you want. We need a good walkthrough for this game bad.

I love this game and recommend you guys because:


1. In Incest Games, big sisters are usually bad and impure characters. Logo, on the other hand, tried something new and made MC's sister very inncocent and full of character. (By the way, I have to say it's unbelievably fun with Kasie getting angry with the MC as his big sis by the way. Yes she is innocent and pure but she is still their big sis' haha)

2. It varies from person to person, but I really like that the game has "shota" (not literally, but) feature. If the brothers were not "shota", the dynamics between Kasie and her two brothers would have been very different. This would make the game very unpleasant.

3. I love the corruption arch of Kasie. Even if its not the perfect one, its waaay better when we compare to other incest games!!!

4. Game allows you to pick your route! Even i dont like too many branches on games (because that makes every release shorter) Logo did this right! He makes enough content for each routes every realease.



5. Logo is one of the most consistent game makers I've seen. Always, no matter what, the waiting time does not exceed a certain time. He usually updates his game every 2.5 months.

6. Although Logo has progressed in its story, there is still so much potential left on this game as Logo has set the story and characters of the game so well. We still have siblings mom coming into the game YAAAY!!


7. The logo is always active. He has a character that does not hesitate to answer anyone. I suggest you join Logo's discord.

8. I was about to forget!! Game has animations!!! GOOD ONES!!


Negatives:

1. MC's and his brothers body. Esp their dicks skins are.... bad? And i would like to see them bigger. But that is just personal preference. I love when MC has a nice bick cock... From what i hear my friend game engine limits men body choices. Maybe their cock skin looking bad because of that? I don't know.

Yes the graphics arent the greatest, the brother models look kinda off (for example big chest compared to overall size of body) the english is subpar but aside from those flaws this game is right up my alley. Slow burn and corruption and the twin thing is also a nice feature.

Really looking forward to many more updates!
