Ren'Py - Summer Temptations [v0.3.0] [Bear Games]

Awesome game so far. Followed from the beginning and each update got progressively better and you could see the dev improving overall. Hope that trend continues. It is a good change of pace from some of the slow burn content currently out there. Hope the dev continues to release.

Since the game is not yet done, I'll just address my opinion on the most important matters without going to deep in any of them.

To summarize the story, the main character is a guy that finds himself in another city to spend summer vacations with his girlfriend. From the very beginning, his girlfriend shows interest on "being someone different" in this new city, since no one knows them there and it's the perfect chance for them to do whatever they want without being judged.

Needless to say, you know it ends up with the MC getting cucked. By his own will, even if you, the player, is against it. Maybe the real base of the game is this "hotwife" setup of relationship, so if you're that kind of guy, yep, that's your game.

The problem comes to the fact that there's no one for your MC to have his time with. You just get to see (at least until this update) your girlfriend showing around like a slut to multiple guys while you're there drooling on her like a loser. I'm particularly not a fan of netorare or netorase kind of content, unless the MC has other options and can manage to treat his girlfriend as a "side chick". In this case, for the time being, you don't have this option in this game.

To summarize it to you, I don't dislike the story. I understand that there's a certain public that will surely have a great time playing a game where you'll only be humiliated and cucked. Great. I just like it more when the game gives you an option other than being a shrimp. Putting my bias aside, I'll give the story, at least until now, a solid 8/10.

As for the art, I actually really liked it. It seems well done, the characters are looking great, you got these "generic guy who's gonna fuck your wife" characters here and there, but since they're not relevant you don't really need to mind it too much. The heroine looks great, they also made sure to give the MC a average/small pipi to enhance the "cuckolding" thing, which for me it's sad but I understand that it's someone's fetish out there.

Overall, the characters look good, the scenarios are actually quite cute and well done, in something of a different art compared to the characters, which I think it's quite original and creative. I'll give the art a solid 10/10.

CONCLUSION

So, using my conclusion as a big disclaimer, if you like being humiliated, watching your girl showing off to multiple guys, barely fucking her but getting to see her getting smashed by other guys, having a small pipi and being "hypnotised" by these reddit-like NBWO kind of stuff, that's probably your game.

If you're like me, a normal guy who just wanna see cute AI girls getting banged without minding the story, you'll have mild to no fun, as the cuckolding content is really strong in this one.

Overall I'll give an unbiased rate of 9/10 for this game.

I sincerely hope that the game’s future development will be positive.

Great NETORASE game. A gorgeous girlfriend . The relationship between MC and girlfriend is very cute and the hot topic of exhibitionism is also very pleasant. I hope this game will continue to develop. The author of the game is trying very hard to work out the characters.

Really bad AI art, some irritating effects, and kind of a generic setting.

NTR is usually not my thing, but some of the comments and reviews (as well as the fact that it is still not very content rich and therefore short at this point), made me give it a look, maybe see if it the writing is above average (although the obvious AI preview pictures did not inspire confidence). It really, really isn’t.

The potential of this game is absolutely massive – it's easily top 3 for me in the NTR/NTRS genre. Although it follows the style of some recent releases, it does so with a great deal of competence. The execution is impressive, and I truly hope it leans into the NTS (Netorase) direction, which would take it to another level. With its solid approach and captivating art, it stands out in a crowded field.

In fact, the potential is great and the approach is great, I think this project has a lot of potential.
Therefore, it is worth giving more time to this project in order to open up, low ratings are unjustified, at least the art is gorgeous and the approach itself is included.

I didn't even thought of reading the whole story, because when I was skimming the whole story out? it's just short and still incomplete. I couldn't really score this one well. I might change my score for the story when the game is ever completed.
