There's nothing to unlock at all. Everything is available from the start. You just have to meet the condition for an event to happened. So even if you use a save from someone who get some hard to get event like 3p, you won't get that event again if you don't know how to trigger it. So just learn the game and the flag/trigger condition so you can repeat the event again reliably in the future.

There's already an extensive wiki page detailing how the game works including the hard to get events, just learn it.

ngl, I'm a little concerned with how they haven't shown or talked about any of the R18 parts for the Steam version so far, while even Honeycome on Steam shows the sex happening... I hope they didn't cut that part (or will at least add those previews later). But if so, I hope they'll add an R18 DLC somewhere at least.
