You know, I made a mod that reduce the interruptions rate (It should be included in the latest HF Patch)

You happen to know where I can find the latest HF Patch? The only HF Patch Downloads I've found have been outdated.

any idea why certain cards are unusable? i downloaded a few cards from here but some work and others dont like this one. the cards should be able to be converted but when placed in the converter folder, they are placed into error. not sure why, since others work with no issue.

Looks like that card using modded assets/plug-ins that aren't available in the original game, that's why it refused to convert/load. Or it may used downloadable assets that you don't have it on the original game.
That's what's so deceiving about download a characters card from the net, you don't know anything about it until you try it for yourself.
Well, first thing first, make sure you already install ALL add-ons (free costume pack, pre-order bonus pack etc) on your base game, so whenever you download a characters card from some website, if the cards can't open/ can't be converted, then you will be sure that these card are using some kind of mods that's not available on your base game.
Unfortunately there is no way to know what mods the uploader are using on their characters card, unless they explain it themselves.
OR the card itself is not a characters card (not contain any character data). This can be happened if the person upload the card are editing the character cards using some kind of program, thus reformat the file and destroy any character data inside the file. The characters card are a specially formatted PNG files that contain characters data. If the uploader using, for example, Photoshop to touch up the characters appearance, when it saved back to PNG all the characters data are destroyed and the characters card are just a plain PNG files without any characters data.

Notice that these cards have 4 clothes and the background are from Aicomi. Which means these cards are for Aicomi so they don't work on SVS.
Excuse me guys, i apologize if being obnoxious, but I am clueless as to find mods as clothing/hairstyles, anyone care to point me to the right direction?

Yeah this one is really well made, all of the costume is very high quality, some are even better than illgames creation. Hats off to the creator, he is really talented.

Unluckily, my laptop is pretty low-spec, so both the HF patch and other mods make it pretty heavy to run.
And for anyone else, who may have the same question as me. The HF patch CONTAINS some clothing and accesories mods.
Some are personal/behind a paywall.
If the question arises, it runs (albiet pretty choppy) on low spec hardware.
Unluckily, my laptop is pretty low-spec, so both the HF patch and other mods make it pretty heavy to run.
And for anyone else, who may have the same question as me. The HF patch CONTAINS some clothing and accesories mods.
Some are personal/behind a paywall.
If the question arises, it runs (albiet pretty choppy) on low spec hardware.
