Well, first it's important to see that the game is still being developed and thus there's quite a bit of stuff that's not useful yet.

- The house will likely be really useful once you can start dating and it's not important at the moment.
- Aunt Diane will get 0.17.
- The yacht is likely connected to the gangster main story while the big house belongs to mayor Rump. We'll be able to use them at some point.
- No, MC can't bang Eve at the moment.

When i playing with MC mom Debbie, there is a lingerie and garter belt stocking scene in her bedroom while she was changing and ask about MC opinion. I hope there is a sex scene with these kind of clothes. I would love to see way more anal options with different characters and gape possibilities. Also urination or watersport would be great.
Generally more fetish options, maybe with an option to switch if on/off.
The developer said beastiality wouldn't fit into the story, but if you could buy a farm for aunty's milk production she could not use MC only for producing more milk.

Nevertheless it's one of the best games i've ever played.
