Install GMIC. There's a filter called Select-Replace Color. Maybe this helps you - I personally redraw.

Nope, i cut out the hair so i could do any color, then i noticed that i hadn't gone over her body outline and gave up as that was back on a different save. but that was yesterday and today is today so i might keep tinkering with it.awesome pic
