in window, with the relation tweeker mod( 21.0.0-wip.6011-1.00 ) installed, gives me this error(i dont install the relation tweeker that comes with the lewd+ because is older)

You need to extract both:

relation_tweaker_lewd+.rpa
and
relation_tweaker_lewd+_jenny.rpa

to the game folder.

This is explained in the installation instructions in the OP, and your game folder should look like this:

yeah, that was it, i thought that the jenny lewd was acoppanied with relation tweaker, didnt know was a standalone too

They are indeed standalone and separate mods.
