When it is updated. As pointed out in the post directly above yours, the modder hasn't played the new update yet. So he or she doesn't know how much changing it needs.
I'm pretty sure I put in the capitalization. Or are you maybe referring to adding more meat to the diary content?
If the latter, it's a bit more complicated than usual since I have to take into account the text going out of bound the diary itself. So while I do want to add more, it's something I don't want to bother with atm.

My apologies, it seems I confused the edited line with another one. As I said, thanks for the mod. I think that until Debbie's route is finished, it won't be possible to add more content to the diary.

Show package contents -> Contents -> Resources -> autorun -> game
There should be multiple other .rpa files in that folder. Just add the patch there as well and it will be loaded by the game during startup and change dialogs and images.

Features:
Brings back familial relationship to Debbie (Mother), Jenny (Sister) and Diane (Aunt).
Additionally, Mrs. Johnson is once again Erik's mother.
Reverts some characters back in high school instead of college.
Brings back the developer's scrapped incest-related dialogue and adjusts it to fit the new story direction.
Some lines were tweaked to smooth things out, especially where new story beats were added.
New dialogue here and there to flesh out their interaction more that still fits their character.
Modified art assets to reflect blood-related relationship.
Available both for the Pre-Tech version and the latest Tech version of the game.

Did you bother to read ANY of the posts above yours? The Mod Dev him or her self says that the new dialog won't be changed as the mod isn't updated to that yet. Wait, young padowan. Patience is a virtue. It should be done sometime this week. So the Mod Dev says.
