Huh. Thought 16 was limit. Shows how long its been since I've looked into it too!

Might be the motherboard that had that limit, or maybe it's the 32/64 bit systems? I know some (most) of my motherboards were limited like that, but now I have DDR4.

There is a major problem with the game save.... I saved game on day 90, I lost 25% of my accomplishments and have to start all over again in the art-Ross and lost the Jazz quest... ouch ouch ouch... please check you program. I love this adventurous game, just hate having to go back and regain lost ground

Game is pretty much unplayable sadly

Once you advance enough into it. all later saves are useless and reloading them just loads hours/days before instead.

anyone else have an odd bug where the images for certain characters are just not there? half of the new character images are not being fetched so I can not see/find them. this is happening with Dianna, Ronda, the pizza lady and a few others. including the girl at the comic shop/game store.

Trying to look on the bright side, it occurred to me that one up side to them doing the Main Story after Eve is that we might get the Liu Wang's story (the banker), since odds are that our house being foreclosed upon and our accounts being frozen might be related to that...

DC's average contribution is less than $3/mo per contributor. What I think is more likely (for pretty much all of Patreon) is a large percentage of his monthlies simply set a small recurring contribution, such that after a few months you almost forget you're making the payment.

The last creator I supported with a monthly contrib was Akabur, and I know seven or eight months in I simply forgot about it.

Very valid point on small contributors. DC has nearly 14,000 $1 patrons, or approximately 25% of his patrons pledge $1 a month. How many people keep track of a dollar?

Im using only 17.1 only the incest patch... no mods... kinda bit me man

What the hell are you talking about, dude? This game won't be finished before 2022, at least: do you really think that no one should complain about bugs until it's 100% finished? no one should complain about bugs before the FINAL beta release?!? are you totally out of your mind?

I guess you wouldn't understand sarcasm if it hit you between the eyes. But then having read a number of your posts and realizing you are just another entitled youngster who wants what he wants RIGHT NOW, and no excuses. What i implied was that if a person plays an Alpha release that there would be bugs. Did I say anything about not addressing the issue of bugs? No, but complaining about bugs and all the other whining on this forum accomplishes nothing. Example: You go to a restaurant and order a meal. The meal is bad. Do you complain to the person at the next table? (Maybe you would) No, you complain to the server, and ask to see the manager to take care of the situation. Now finally after having to explain to you what I meant by my earlier statement, do you understand? Or do I have to use smaller words for you?

Hi guys i have problem with open console (shift+O).
I edit 00console.rpy config.console = False -> config.console = True.
Add options.rpy with :
init -1:
python hide:
config.developer = True
F:\Games\SummertimeSaga-0-17-1-pc\game

But i cant open in game console can someone help me?

I'm not really some hardcore incest fan in regard of games, but guess it add some taboo flavor to things. I used to be Patreon for a while, but then when Patreon itself kind become a active part in what direction the game take (and not only for summertime saga in that regard), I kinda stopped support. The game not bad, just lost that little extra and became to generic.

Arguably, the incest fetish games kind of became "the thing" and themselves became pretty generic. Summertime Saga is one that wasn't/isn't all that generic, by virtue of it actually being a good game/VN.

I'm not a big incest fetishist, I'm drawn more to the overall quality of content & story, but I personally find that when a game that has incest as part of the story, (especially when it's blatantly obvious that it was meant to be) I pretty much fall on the side of the "pro-incest" argument in regards to artistic/authorial integrity.
When it's just in the game to capitalise on the popularity of the fetish, the game itself usually turns out to be pretty mediocre, i.e. Big Brother. Not a good game, horrible story and mostly horrible characters (especially the protagonist) and is propped up solely by the incest and the renders.
