To your explanation: the 0 before the dot does not mean anything apart from the game not being finished. The number after the dot(s) is what matters. It's not a decimal dot. A 0.20.5 was a lower version than a 0.20.12. And a 0.21.1 would be (by magnitudes) lower than a 0.101.1. Once the game is finished, it gets the 1 before the dot, meaning that the version (in imagination) 0.31.x would be follwed by 1.0.0.

I even was supporting the dev on patreon still have the receipts. But what do they do for last 2 years? You wait for 4 month and get a 1-2 scene update time after time. In whole 2021 this game had like 2 updates total. If this is not a scam, I don't know what is...Oh yes ICSTOR and Sunsetriders7.

What do you mean? The game has a cheat menu (phone screen, click connectivity icon). My mod provides options to bypass minigames.
