All of that will be fixed eventually, the last couple of updates the saves have been compatible, and all the art will be fixed when dc does the reworks.

You don't, there's no scene in the game.
The old poser left and they had to hire somebody new. But the posing tracker started moving again recently, so we should see some more progress sooner than later.

If you just want to play the game, you won't have to pledge. You can either download it here or wait a day or so until they release the free version.
