You could look at OP to see if answers are there.
There are links there to several options, should you choose to try them out.
You could search the thread for either of the words: gallery or save to see if answers are there.
If you have your search results sorted by date in your F95 preferences, you would have had your answer to either with the first 5 or so results.

I post the answer to both of your questions at least once per week because there are enough people who prefer to ask and wait up to hours or days for someone to feed them an answer rather than taking the initiative to take a few seconds to look for themselves.

To be fair, the dating system for the school girls has been planned since before "Love & Sex: Second Base" was even released. Given that it's only going to impact 6 to 9 characters, it won't be that much of a deal.

When it comes to the harem, it'll indeed be interesting to see how they'd do it. I always thought we'd essentially just see a few compatible scenes/threesomes in the beachhouse and that's it and I'm not really sure how they acutally want to go beyond that.

Years since last major update? One. 31 Mar 2021 - when the main story was finished. Since that time, there have been 4 pre-tech updates with over 20 updated/new animations/sex scenes while the complete overhaul of the coding and moving the content to 16:9 from 4:3, etc has been underway.

I guess it's been about a week since I posted this. See #14, #9, and #1 below.

Which is exactly what has happened for years and is still happening, SS wouldn't be near as developed without the funds of his Patrons, they are to a certain extent entitled to something. Entire point of Patreon is to be donations-based. Whatever random dev does to paywall his junk doesn't change that. My narrative being what Patreon states in their TOS makes me win any fake debate or rebutal you can come up with, and I don't even need to do anything. Welcome to basic reading.

Those who "pay" are indeed entitled to things : bonus Discord channels, votes in polls, a day earlier release on private links. Not the game itself nor anything the milkers have been crying about for years
