Might have to do with something called "Xmas" and "New year's eve/day" ....... Aside from that, pure milking scamlord greed. Let's also put away the +3% we got within days of said "Xmas" as random quirk of the progress tracker

We already saw tons of crying message like this over the past 4 years ,people still don't learn.
If you got some constructive advice which could accelerate game making , contact the develop team directly, they will like it very much ; and your emotional crap is nonsense to all of us , so you could just save it , maybe post it on your personal blog will be more appropriate , at least not on the public space.
is there any in-game walkthrough MOD? there used to be one but i can't find it anymore. is it suspended?

You are talking about Lain's mod, which has not been updated to the latest version (and probably never will).
Naughty Tribute Mod provides an improved phone hint system which closes the gaps the original one has (some routes only showed "No hints for this quest" or were not visible at all), plus some other features like character miniatures on town map so that you see where everybody is. Also it provides an external internet link to the original walkthrough for user convenience.
