Hard to do that when the saves maintain all the story variables, starting in the middle of a game expecting a variable to be set, or at least initialized, will do nothing but bad.wondering if he's ever going to fix it so your saves carry over.
Not sure how you got that from my statement ._. I'm saying when you're working with non linear games and you're working with content that needs to be regressed in order to progress you'll 99% of the times not be able to carry on with saves when a new version comes out.so you saying i can skip the annoyingly grindy sister content for the game update? if so that's great news.
Actually, I'm an Art director myself and work for an advertising and branding agency, so I know EXACTLY the amount of work something like this takes.Life is not easy regardless of how you look at it, the 15k money they get are spent on all allocated resources ! If you ever dealt with any industrial work such as (design, coding, audio mixing, web developer... etc) you would know that larger companies spent 10 times more then that in order to have what you play today
Read my previous response before you say things like that.Actually, I'm an Art director myself and work for an advertising and branding agency, so I know EXACTLY the amount of work something like this takes.
I am not saying that it's an easy job, but I am saying that the amount of content released as opposed to how many people SHOULD be working on it is staggeringly out of proportion. Two months of work and not even half an update?
IF I am getting paid by the hour, of course I will delay my work to get more money. It's common business sense.
A good thing to keep in mind is these patreon games)including non-porn) are made by absolute amateurs that cannot get any producer to back them, who either claim they can do it and fail or claim they can do it and learn as they go. Summertime Saga is one of the few patreon games(Still including non-porn) that isn't producing a garbage product. Even at update 12 the game has excellent art, pacing and mechanics for what people want. As far as MONEY goes, lookit Wasteland 2 or any other garbage Obsidian has put through kickstarter. Obsidian has extreme skill and experience, but both the betas and final products were steaming turds. Value > Money.Actually, I'm an Art director myself and work for an advertising and branding agency, so I know EXACTLY the amount of work something like this takes.

I'm going to caution people in talking about STS as if it's Gods Gift to amateur porn gaming or something.A good thing to keep in mind is these patreon games)including non-porn) are made by absolute amateurs that cannot get any producer to back them, who either claim they can do it and fail or claim they can do it and learn as they go. I tried it on 3 different computers and was able to make the space bar, on high stage it required to be faster overall i guess it's not that hard
if you where a programmer or a designer, you would know the time and affords required to make such a game !
Script folder is 3.51 MB (3,685,134 bytes), which mean 3.6 million character of Logic and coding Not to mention if you saw any of DC Live steam you would know much time required for a design to be made

No need to be in rush, it still have a long way to get most of what people want
1. The AAA gaming industry has done this as well via DLC look at Destiny 25% of the game was given at launch the rest was unlocked via DLC.OK when I see someone try and compare an indy sex game to the production of AAA titles for cost of production I can't just let it pass without saying BULLSHIT! this game is not anywhere near as complicated or as well produced as even an A grade title. 70% of the content is under construction as the never ending pop ups keep reminding us and more than half the characters have half or less of their content in place them getting 15k / month means three people are probably making a good living while they toss 1-2k/month at new content outsourced and spend two to three weeks each per update doing most of the rest themselves.
I think you completely mistook what I was saying! it had zero to do with is it right they make 15k/month? it was that the standard of producing this game vs a main stream A or better game are comparable or even close to the same.1. The AAA gaming industry has done this as well via DLC look at Destiny 25% of the game was given at launch the rest was unlocked via DLC.
2. No one of sound mind would say this game is as complicated as a major AAA title anyone who thinks this project on that scope is nuts.
3. This game has a ton of bits under construction but at the same time we have WATCHED this game evolve into what it is today and seeing the growth through the picarto streams which brings me to my next point.
4. People will support someone who is proving they are actively working on a project and growing it and showing it isn't just languishing in a creative stump I have not ONCE played a update to this game where I scratch my head and wonder what the fuck DC is doing unlike for example BB.
5. Honestly people will pay on patreon if they believe the project is worth their money in this case I would say it's worth money as for it being outsourced the art is 100% not the story is 100% not the rest of the stuff is done by guys working under a contract so DC is by no means living large he is working his ass off for that money.
So far? Not far at all. You can almost kiss her in her bedroom, and you can see her masturbating a couple times through your telescope during other events.how far can i go with mia?
Not sure if anyone has posted on how to extract the .rpa file with all the images and what not. And I know some people have tried using their extractors and get the same error every time. So if someone has posted a legitimate solution, sorry, but there are 138 pages worth of posts, I'm not going to go through all of that.
For people who are interested in extracting .rpa's. At least Summertime Saga's .rpa, then this is for you.
1. Put the file called "depack.rpy" in the "game" folder inside the game's main directory.
2. Start the game while the file is inside said "game" folder.
3. Depending on the size of the game/.rpa file/the amount of .rpa files, this may take a few seconds, or up to a few minutes. So give it some time to finish extracting. You'll know it's finished when the game finally starts.
4. Exit the game after it starts. Go back to the game's main directory, and you should see a folder called "unpacked". Open it up and, walla, you have your extracted images.
Note - I highly suggest removing the "depack.rpy" file from the "game" folder after you've extracted your .rpa file(s). As every time you start the game, you risk making a duplicate of the already extracted images, thus increasing the time it takes to start the game.
- Mia, her mom and Sister Angelica for 0.14.So far? Not far at all. You can almost kiss her in her bedroom, and you can see her masturbating a couple times through your telescope during other events.
If I remember correctly, Mia is planned for the 0.14 update (might be 15, can't recall exactly)
