You have to have the master key to the lockers in the principal office.Its in her desk drawer. Talk to Dexter about the book and then get it from his locker.Anyone else encounter any issues with the library quest for overdue books? Can't get Dexters book and I've tried everything
Yes you also need a key, you get it from Eriks dads stash of stolen goods
That quest was buggy last I played. Sometimes the book doesn't show up in Dexter's locker. I've also had loops with the twins in the locker room. I've had success with reloading saves and starting my day again. Weird thing is when i reload I've been able to skip some of the quest dialogues.
Anyone else encounter any issues with the library quest for overdue books? Can't get Dexters book and I've tried everything

Go to the basement of the prison, talk to ERIK's father, he'll give you the location of the bag, where he hid his loot and in this bag, there's the key to open the safe...
Thanks! I forgot about Erics Father and the key in the bag. I haven't seen him in this play through yet and that is what I was missing.

The key is located in the drawer of the PRINCIPAL's desk on floor 2...

Bug: When talking to Annie in her house at night, the school dialogue where she stands in the 2nd floor hall triggers.
Bug: When walking into the school shower with Lopez and her friend there, Annie will send you to the Principal's office; BUT, if you have a quest that involves getting the Principal out of her office ("Oh shit, she's here!"), it'll trigger the event where the Principal yells at you to get out. This permanently locks out the first Annie cookie jar scene. I found that the workaround is to go back to a save before the showers and finish up the quest, and then go harass Lopez.

While I see your wish for a dynamic character (probably because she has the most scenes and is a major character), it's actually refreshing to see a character not completely turn the other cheek. Some bitches will stay bitches. Roxxy is a bitchy character that has more change, so maybe that'll satisfy.
