There are new routes for Erik and his mom. It's permanent routes so best to save beforehand. The game will tell you the "Save your game" dialogue and choose one of the following options.
"Sex Education" - This choice leads to a threesome with you, Erik and Erik's mom after you complete the side missions.
Easy stuff, find the Yoga Kamasutra from the Library and Pills from Hospital storage room.
"Find him a Girlfriend" - This choice has two possible endings. You can choose to find a gamer girl which is June for Erik's love life. After that, you can fuck Erik's mom at night in her room.
Or you can keep June all for yourself. It's pretty savage to steal your best friend's crush, but that's life. You hang out with her at night in your room and later you can fuck her in her orc cosplay and just plain nude. The bad part is that you can't fuck Erik's mom after you choose June.

Yeah, it's a bummer. I do like the "routes" option. It reminds me of the Japanese Visual Novels. Hoping to see in the finishing product in which MC has a "huge harem" route with every woman and a choice to choose any woman for Prom.

No, it doesn't change. Though you can see Erik having brief sex with June in the afternoon in Erik's room.

If you talking about the Hospital, you have to use the phone on the 2nd floor. Then you go down to 1st floor, nurse should be gone and open the keys cabinet. Click on the keys and go to 2nd floor and you have now access to the storage room.
