O...K Maybe I'm just bugged out. I've waited weeks and they just stand in their rooms holding their babies and there are like the same 2 dialogue choices every time.

Patience, Grasshopper. Eventually they will leave the hospital, return home carrying the kid, eventually the kid will disappear, and after two or three weeks all will return to normal (normal = MC pounding their pussies into oblivion).
