Warning that your save might crash is normal and every1 gets it for every version since they implemented it. It doesn't mean your save is fucked. Just hit yes and continue like normal. Or try to spin it that just after viewing the warning your PC melted itself. Course if you save at random/middle of dialog, that's all on you and the game will crash, warning or not
No saves in the middle of dialogue or anything like that, but mostly on the map or at a location. Welp, guess I should have tried to continue anyway instead of deleting my saves after I saw that

Even if somebody would want to do that, I'm pretty sure it won't happen, unless they'll do it non profit and without monetization. DC has forced people in the past to not use his assets in their paid games and once you start to copy the dialogs, minigames, etc. that would be the case.
As you said, this is a warning. Not an error. They l load just fine most of the time. And, yes, there might be problems, that's what the warning sais.
DarkCookie has tried making saves that are close together in updates compatible but its still an early process and not 100% full proof, so from about v0.19+
Saves are fine unless you don't stick to the rules (not saving in the middle of something). I do it all the time. And I am one of those modders, believe it or not but I know what I am talking about.
Just wait over 3 years for 0.24 and you'll have her scenes

I am not sure about version 0.19.5 (it's quite old), but saves from version 0.20.x should work. Did you try loading your saves? You will get a warning but a warning is only a warning (don't know why so many people take this for an error). The warning says that it cannot be guaranteed to work, but who can guarantee anything?
did you try loading it anyways? i managed to use my save from 0.20.0 in the 0.20.7
When you save in the middle of a scene (namely the two you have yellowed out) you're more or less borking the save in terms of future compatibility. This has been warned about for like at least a year, it's in the OP, and has been mentioned in this thread more times than I can cite.

This latest series of updates all pertained to the Main Story so its understandable why it has taken a while to fully integrate, these builds that are in the polls are related only to side characters. Really all there is to do is Handjob/Blowjob/Tit-Fuck/Vaginal/Anal/Pregnancy for each character and then the sex cult depending on how flushed out they want that storyline to be. So it essentially boils down to art assets.
