DC tried to build a story which I think was pretty good but everyone just seems to complain about not having enough scenes with Mia and etc

It's not a matter of being greedy, it's a matter of quality and the expectations set in the game. Mia is set up as the girl next door your character has a crush on. She's one of the main hanging story lines from early on. She has had a crush on the MC as well. Her scene not only sucks, but her story blows too. Helen's story is medicore at best, and honestly the most interesting bits of it had to do with HAROLD of all things. Mia has 2 settings, scared to do anything, or wants your cock. Unless of course she's sad about the breakup of her parents, then she's off limits even though, let's be honest that would likely make her easier to bang.
Not to mention if you compare the lead up with her to the lead up with anyone else it's plain awful. Your Mom, Sister, and Aunt all have a ton of scenes. Mrs Johnson was split up into thee choices, but she at least had buildup, Helen has buildup too. June and Mia were both awful in that regard, with insipid gating of the quests and some of the worst payoff as far as sex scenes go.
It's even more insulting when they come as a choice, because the amount of stuff you get for choosing the girl over the mom is non-existent, while the mom stuff is objectively better. With Mrs. Johnson you get a bunch of positions, and with Helen you get her, and a three way. With the girls, one scene with minor variations.
And let's also be honest again. The story in this game isn't good. It's a summer sex fantasy trope with some mediocre humor. It's ridiculous, and will continue to be so. Does anyone really care about the dark secret of the MC's dad? No, but it works to at least move the game along. If the game had a good enough story that the choices actually mattered, and there was real consequence that changed the way the rest of the game went, then maybe it would be ok. As it stands, all the choices do is lock out content and make you replay shit. And this game is NOT fun to replay.
I know some people liked this update, but...
Did anyone else think that the content in this update was really weak? It felt like you had to jump through a massive amount of hoops and your end choice resulted in either a despondent milf sex doll (whose dialogue was set at various stages of the story-line, even at the end) or anal sex with a girl that you didn't really spend that much time with.
It just came off as lackluster to me. Didn't really stand out like some of the previous updates
I got in later, but both 13 and 14 have been pretty disappointing. 13 turned your friend Eric into a completely unlikable leech who you have to cuck in order to make the world right, but if you do you can't bang his mom. OR you can let him bang his new girlfriend and his mom, while you get occasional sloppy seconds on the latter.
14 felt even worse in that Mia was barely an actor in it, it was buggy as hell (tons of scenes played out of order in my runthrough), and it was STILL a money sink. Then you finally get to fuck Mia, and you can't even see her titties bounce? It's fucking lame.
I don't know about anyone else but I was able to retrieve the stolen goods without doing any of Erik's storyline
This happened to me too. I also got Mia's mom calling me Master before the third event even happened. I was confused as she told me to go to her room and fuck her, then acted like nothing was different.
