As far as I can see there are only 3 branching points here. They all make sense for the plot, and offer the opportunity for further divides.

There are 9 unique paths you can take through the game now, involving four different partners. And this is only the second update outside of the family unit.

I mean it all depends how the rework that is going to be implemented in 14.5. It seems like a lot of changes, hopefully for the better, and we could see an end to pathways which might appease most people here. I mean theres only two at the moment and one of them was so fucking easy. Like who cares about June let Eric have a gf. The choice between Mia and Helen though.....

Why people so object to NTR ? Why people critic about all girl is or isn't fuckable ?
- You want all game have similar story ? All games MC fuck all the girl, happy ending. Bitch stfu, we need NTR element to make a story interesting. Also, this game had save and load system. You're just lazy to do it all path.

You honestly don't particularly NEED NTR elements if you can explain a character and motivations quite well. The problem is that a certain somewhere gets bent ass out of shape if they get a whiff of things they don't like.

If a title starts out with NTR, or if the dev announces that it will be implemented at some point, then fair enough. I can give that game a wide berth, NTR fans can wholeheartedly embrace it and there's no damage done to anyone.
However, I don't want it added if it wasn't part of the initial setting and there were no plans for it before. I tolerate it if it's completely optional but that's about it.

If not indulging a fetish that I absolutely hate makes me a terrible person in your book then so be it.

What I'm talking about is how a story can develop and characters get crisis in front of them that needs resolving. What I'm saying is sometimes, it involves a conflict about a relationship with their SO in some form.

But you have some people that just get outraged on ANYTHING and suddenly everything is cuckery/NTR.

For example, if you make a story about The Sword in the Stone, do you think any of these people would want to hear about Lancelot's quest and his sleeping with Guinevere? The story is goddamn old, but suddenly they just hear about King Arthur, forget Lancelot and suddenly you have 11 knights of the Round Table since Lancelot is Xed out of their minds.

That's what I'm pointing out. Some people get ridiculous about story plots and it makes them look ridiculous when everything looks exactly like what they're fighting to prevent.

I honestly think the whole NTR thing is a troll post. A game like this doesn't need the extra drama of NTR because it's not a dramatic story. I don't really care if it's in or not but people need to chill out. Besides DC isn't a dramatic story teller so I doubt there's ever going to be any NYE content.

As in did they add any new features to the existing sex scenes with the aunt/sis/mom/Erik's mom/nerd girl/mall hooker/ scenes?

Definitely one of the best ren'py dating Sims in development but I didn't really explore after finishing the mia+her mom storyline because it was a bit underwhelming overall..

Have you tried talking to her after the initial scene, when she stands next to the garden plot?
IIRC you have to tell her that you got rid of the bugs before the effect triggers.

I don't mind NTR scenes if its avoidable, specially if it adds some kind of management challenge in the gameplay (like those Tsumamigui/Alicesoft games). Somehow H-scenes are more rewarding for me if it took some effort to unlock them and relationships are more significant if you actually given an opportunity to defend them.

Also once I reach the gameplay time where I already lost any connections or interests to the characters, unlocking the NTR scenes are a welcome change that help extend the value of the game.

I also don't mind NTR if I don't like the character involve (eg: the Wife in the Teacher's Pet game), it kinda gives you a convenient excuse to "cheat" on them.

Also NTR for me is always good when the MC is the one who is doing the cheating with a girl that's already in a relationship.

It's actually very good - I just sound surprised because I hate grinding and prefer realistic games but the way this is approached, as a light and fun game, is quite good. Not fappable though or that may just be me

Then they polled & decided to insert 0.14.5 with focus on family. But AFAIK the public was in the dark on how long 14.5 would take. Is it a minor release (3-4 weeks) or a major one (6-8 weeks)? Devs don't say anything about that. After 2 weeks of radio silence there are 80 tasks mentioned on Patreon. But how long would the release take? Is it a minor or a major one? Is the release date & scope discussed with the audience somewhere and I just don't know it?

Considering that 14.1 was 64 tasks and took nearly two months, I wouldn't bank on the 80 tasks of 14.5 being done anytime before Christmas.
