Why can't you use the translation packs on the website? They work fine with the base game. It's 3 simple steps.
If you are attempting to use a translation pack with other mods or patches, then it will most likely cause problems. I believe this has been explained to you in the past. If you are attempting to create your own translation of the game - this isn't the thread for ren'py technical support for people who create mods and patches. You should to seek support in a different thread or on a different site that specializes in modifying ren'py and translations.
I tried to register an account, but the email never came, so I couldn't set a password.
I also tried to download the .rpa file that had been translated from the official website. After running the game, an error occurred saying "I don't have xxxx.otf" font file.
I don’t know how to put the font file into the specified location.

For those having problems with the Chinese (Zhōngwén) translation pack because of the font missing:
- Delete anything zh_hans from your /game directory.
- Download this
You must be registered to see the links.
- Unzip the contents into your /game directory. This will create a /tl directory. In the /tl directory will be a /zh_hans directory. In the /zh_hans directory will be a rpyc file and a /fonts directory. In the /fonts directory will be the otf file.
- Go back to main directory.
- Double click the EXE file to play game.

I've already told you the answer twice today:
You can only use the translation packs on the basic game, using it with other patches or mods will most likely cause compatibility issues. That includes the patch you are asking about. This is essentially because the translation packs and that patch are trying to do the same thing, changing the text into different words/language.
