And you can expect it to be in development for at least 8 more years because DC has ideas of adding over 100 (even over 200) more non-player characters to the game, with events for the player to interact with them.

Why should DC speed up the process? Every month is raking in insane amounts of money. March 2025 is just my estimate. Have a look at the agenda and calculate for yourself: An update is scheduled every other month. The next one will come out end of September, then end of November, January 2025, March 2025 and so on. Depending on how much DC and team will pack into one update it might be March, May, July or later.

Well because I was thinking it was just porting, and he may have developed a process and implementing it could go faster and faster. That being said it looks like he's actually adding a lot of new content in each update, not just a port, which makes waiting worth it I guess.

The original game is finished (or as finished as it can be), but there's a new updated version missing most of the content of the original release as it's perpetually in development hell?

This sounds like a 'Peter Molyneux' fantasy promise. I would be shocked if he even came close to 100 new NPC interactions in 8 years, never mind over 200, considering his recent track record of updates.

Okay that's what I thought. I downloaded the "new tech" version and kept getting very confused how there was tons of information on the wiki about routes, when it seemed like the game was still missing a bunch of content. Downloaded the original now.

I said at least 8 years and I expanded to show one reason why... The developer has an idea to add many many more characters. I have already stated in my many posts in this thread that I expect this game never to be finished, as what people consider for that term for their experience with video games. At least not until after the developer's children have graduated from college.

The game is in an indefinite I'm still updating it and making new content but is stalling because I make more money than I can count doing so, and these guys will defend me, because they just mindlessly jerk off to whatever I bring out.

People who don't code or do none of that shit don't know how simple it is to finish all he promised in a year or two, especially when dude's raking in over 5k a month.

The real issue, like with any biz, is that you don't want to finish the product, you want to milk it, as soon as it's done, you'll have to strike gold again before you make something like this ever again.

But this is a conversation most folks here will not be ready to have, because they're jerking off here and don't have a real life out there. I've been gone over 3 years, and gotten a family, I came to check this shit out of curiosity and got damn, this game ain't done yet, and folks still believe he will be, that's almost as bad as the kids watching tik toks and believing he was a girl and chopped his dick off than trying to sue the doctor for letting him.

Hmmm. There is no one else in this thread for at least the last 4-5 years mentioning this issue.

I'm not on my computer, but you could try toggling her off and on in the settings using the Wi-Fi symbol on the in-game cell phone. I would make sure to save before you mess with it. If you are unable to progress after that, you'll need to go to an earlier save prior to doing what is needed for this to activate.

Ah, so like many games of this nature as I've come to notice after being on the site for the past year and a half. Got it.
