The new V21 doesn't need any patches or anything does it? Not played the game for a very long time and now the dev has restarted it, but does the new version have everything you need in the game without the need for patches?

I have incorporated most of the "Revert Incest Patch" in my mod, but the nature of it being configurable means that not all dialogue works for both incest and step relations.
So if you are only interested in incest, I recommend you use "Revert Incest Patch" only.
If you want to play with different incest/step family dynamics, use "Relation Tweaker Mod" only.
If you are also interested in the Lewd+ package in my mod thread, it is designed to work as standalone, meaning it should work with either "Revert Incest Patch" or "Relation Tweaker Mod", as well as vanilla game.
