I played the latest tech update parallel after playing the old version a lot, there is maybe 5% max of 20.16.0 content in it so far. Jenny Route and the Teacher Routes minus Music Teacher are the only complete ones. Debbie story is half, Judith and Jane scenes inside. You will miss out the whole plot basically if you play tech.
I'd say play 20.16.0 with naughty-tribute-mod and lains-walkthrough-mod for the best experience.
It's nice to see whats different and upgraded to the old version, also a lot more new locations added which currently have no function but I guess work as sneak peek on whats to come (maybe)
i bet rdr3 will release before completion of this game

It means not all the old content has moved over from the older stable version to the newer preview version.

Even GTA X will be there before the completion of the game, since he doesn't want to complete it, so, you're not wrong.
More of a remaster than a remake by conventional gaming standards. Don't give DC more credit than he deserves.

According to the grifters, Rockstar is already woke and will go broke after GTA 6, didn't you know?Even GTA X will be there before the completion of the game, since he doesn't want to complete it, so, you're not wrong.

I was wondering if anyone can help me out. Diane and a couple of NPCs never showed up. They aren't in the game at all. I was never able to do her first quest. Does anyone have a solution?

Play the older, stable version v0.20.16.
The newer, preview version v21.0.0 has not had that content migrated over yet - as has been shown in the splash screen on the main menu of that version.

Probably not, but any of you guys could tell if DC at least said anything about Debbie’s route would be likely finished on next release (go all the way with her)??

what Magister Masquerade said, and last said - the intent is all coming updates for v21.0.0 preview version will focus on Debbie's revisions and adding pregnancy route. That was stated in September for end of November and end of January releases. They plan for it to be done then, but could take at least one more update.
DC hasn't streamed since the 20th, and I don't think he'll stream before Monday the 6th. His kids are probably not in school. Point is, the update at the end of January will be extra shit.

Who the fuck does he think he is for having a family life when he should be on camera as often as possible, showing to his fans that he is working away at his computer for the next update?! The gall.
In fact, all of the development team should stream themselves working on the update so that fans can make sure they are getting the job done. If fans can't see them, how do fans know if they are even doing anything?
Actually, all adult game developers should stream every hour they work on their game so that fans can hold them accountable. And any moment with family or for bad health should be held should be refunded.
