I guess my point is that they don't HAVE to prove shit. It's their platform and they decide who is on it and their reasons for banning people can be completely arbitrary. They can operate on suspicion alone and there is nothing a creator can do about it.And how they can prove that DC was behind of those patches? DC could say "i fired that employee, he is not my business anymore". And? How could patreon blame DC for unofficial patches being made by one ex-employee.
The terms and conditions are a one side contract that specify what a creator can and cannot do. But there is nothing binding patreon to offering their service if you abide by all provisions. In this situation, they have all the power, and there is nothing any creator can do except make their own patreon site.
That is the only point I was trying to make.
