nope, that did not happen, she only asked for poem, and i have no idea how to get that done ...
Did you check the back room in the library? There's an open book in the desk you have to check to be able to write the poem on your computer. Mia should be in the library and you have to talk to her too IIRC.

Strange, maybe you are having some conflict with Mia's quest or something then, I haven't started her quest yet so that might be it. Try loading an early save before handing the first assignment or starting Mia's quest and see if there's any effect, don't remember anything else that might help sorry.
In 0.15.1 Mia route would be blocked around the end due to a bug. Now after that bugfix Mia route is blocked completely.

You need to check if the variables are set properly. If not, then you should do again the things which should set the variable. If that not work, you should enable the console and set the variable manually. If you don't wanna do it, or don't know how to do, as last resort you can send your save, and I'll try to find out.
A little bit more specific please? Where are you stucked? What did you do? Save for that thing?
