If it's not some fan made stuff, then you can definitely tell that the animation quality really improved. Always a welcoming sight seeing devs who, as they release updates, also improve their style and game but sadly they are few and far between and not hard to tell who's in it for the money and who's doing it because they like what they are doing..

Someone said a while ago that DC dropped a h-scene from the Roxxy update on his Discord Patreon. So yeah I think it is pretty legit, although I still think it needs a little more polishing.

I can't actually find a good answer on this one.
I would safely say that there is no correlation between liking incest fantasy and having incestous thoughts IRL.
If I where to make a guess I would say that first off it creates a setting of familiarity between 2 characters, if it's a mom and son then it's an easy way of establishing a bond, secondly it's a fantasy about doing something wrong but no one gets hurt in the fantasy or ever has to deal with the negative consequences so it's all about enjoying the taboo. Even if they get knocked up which is the reason we are put off incest IRL there will never be any complications.
