But it's not just the intro? It's the tech update. It's the infrastructure for all of the game's systems even if you can't see that on the surface.

It'll be fine, someone a few pages back said this time we will be getting an update every 2 months, instead of every 2 years.
The resolution upgrades are great, and so are the little new CGs for a few old scenes.
Though, I really want to know why doesn't the game have any SFX to this date. I haven't been following any development since 0.18, so has this been addressed already?
To add insult to injury, 0.21 has even removed the little amount of songs the game always had, such as the menu and the map songs. Why? Do they have any plans to add more later?
I won't really comment on the releasing schedule, everything's been said already. But not having any sounds at all always held STS back imo, and still does.

This release because the new policy of Patreon lol, tag abandon will appear when the game not posted any news since last update 2 weeks or any new version every 2 months. They start to have a fear that they will lose their job if continue talk shit with no update

The problem itself isn't exactly with how long it takes. The main issue many of us take with it(myself included), is the overwhelming amount of money he gets every month. Considering there is over 31 thousand paying members... many of which have the higher tier on patreon unlocked... It is safe to assume that average patronage each month from all the patrons equals to roughly... 3-4 USD? That's a huge amount of money each month for basically no work done in two years of waiting while DC keeps hoarding more and more money.
