It expresses a very specific emotional reaction. The kind of emotional reaction that doesn't require a verbal reply. When I was younger I used it a few times when I just gave up on someone, and wanted that person to know it. Now I just don't reply at all.

to be fair morado already gave the rule book of what is allowed in the chat, on top of that: another one even explained why they get deleted so often.
lastly: how do you know for the parts you weren't there for? what if most people defending it don't even got the game download or are patrons themselves?

the FANS are the one who Rushed it. One of them also Terrorized the Manager and the Dev by Sending the Death Threat Letters to them while the State of the Game itself is not Finished. Later those same Fans Complained about the Bug and Glitches in the Game after doing all that.

I followed the Videogames Related News Everyday including the News about CDPR related News for Cyberpunk 2077 even the Mod that could fixed the Bugs. And now they Provide a New and Free DLC that also coming with the Patches that could fix the Game Problems.

You have nothing to back up your claim that fans "forced" CDPR to release the game prematurely, all you're doing is engaging in unhinged mental gymnastics to shift blame from the developers to the consumers. From what I understood, Mc turning into a female has not happened (nor has there been plans for it to happen).
MC does have a notsister that he lives with. Even though MC and Jenny have similar features, they are separate people.

I have a suspicion that the counter (if it's accurately tracking) should be moving up fairly quickly towards the end in the next few weeks.

I'm assuming that the main characters like Jenny, who have just over a thousand images to reposition and relabel, are nearing completion, and they'll probably be refocusing on the smaller characters like June, Priya, Lily etc. who have only a few scenes throughout.

Username7 is our man on the inside for tracker updates, maybe he'll kick us a new image or two. Our understanding is that the opposite is actually true: they got done a lot of smaller characters first and saved the big ones for last. Jenny in particular has been a major roadblock for progress.

We'll know more in a few days with the monthly update. I think if they're actually making serious progress then the report will be heavier on real accomplishments than random bugfixes.

Subscribers have access to more details of the tasks - but not the internal details, no.

As for your suspicion - they haven't even added the bug tracker yet ... so don't hold out any hope. There's still a long way to go.

Don't expect anything before the new year.

They are adding a lot of new content to the game.

Not for the tech update. Do not expect any new content outside of new locations and tweaks in the tech update, otherwise you will be severely disappointed. At no time was a goal for the tech update to add new story/lewd content. The art seen drawn in the streams are mostly for the updates after the tech update.
