You misunderstood me, twice. It's not that I'm feisty. And you're the one who brought up the idea - so you should be the one bringing an example to the table to show of its feasibility. Also, it's been brought up hundreds of times in as many game threads on here, including this one. Never once has a successful story come from it.
Thinking through it logically, it also makes no sense - If someone can't pay the bills doing something, they aren't going to continue doing that thing - or if they are, it will be with much less effort and time involved because they'll need a different job to pay the bills. Leeching rarely (if ever) worked in medicine and it doesn't work in economics or the labor market. Do employees work better on less pay? Nope. Do kids get better education when school funding is pulled? Nope. Do construction projects get done quicker when contracts are cut? Nope.
No timeline. Eventually. Could (most likely will be) be years. You can find a mod in OP which will do it for you in the mean time.
You seem awfully defensive towards this. To clarify, my first comment was just that, a random thought, a comment, here comes you with your comment implying that there was evidence to the contrary, so I merely asked, do you have examples.
